Our Products

We do our best to represent every product accurately through photos and descriptions. Because jewelry is photographed under studio lighting, slight variations in colour may appear on different screens. If something arrives and looks different from what you expected, please get in touch and we'll make it right.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there's a pricing error or stock issue, and we'll contact you immediately if that happens.

Orders and Payment

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that it's been shipped yet. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods shown at checkout.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please double-check your billing details or try a different payment method.

Shipping

We ship orders within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible. Final sale and personalised items cannot be returned.

Everything on this website — including photos, copy, branding, and design — belongs to She's Golden. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

She's Golden is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific item in question.
